Interior doors

Solid timber hardwood doorsets from Longden come in a number of different styles and constructions to suit heritage and conservation buildings as well as modern contemporary homes and commercial offices. The range includes the styles below but, as a bespoke manufacturer, Longden has the ability to create virtually any other style and design for both exterior and interior doors. All doors incorporating glass will be factory glazed and many glazed styles can be certificated with up to 60 minutes fire resistance.

Single doors or pairs of doors can be supplied for either single or double action, as well as other configurations for bespoke designs. We encourage an early involvement with specifiers to help develop their designs to meet all performance and aesthetic requirements.

Panelled doors
The Longden range of panelled doors is classified into either Chippendale (raised and fielded panels) or Sheraton (flat panel doors). Panel doors are suitable for either internal or external applications depending on timber selection. In addition, glazing can be used in place of any of the panels.

Boarded doors
Longden also manufactures contemporary boarded doors (also know as Tudor), in either horizontal or vertical design. Beaded glazed apertures can be incorporated into the design.

Glazed doors
Glazed doors and doorsets are included within the Longden range, and can either be fully glazed, as in the Rivelin doorset, or by replacing any number of the panels in the door with glass to create the desired effect.
